Terms of Service

These terms establish the conditions under which you may access and use TrainerBox (the "Service"). We encourage you to carefully review these terms before proceeding.

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by all of the terms outlined below. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using the Service. If any term is unclear to you, please contact us at trainerbox@trainerboxapp.com.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time as needed for new features or other reasons. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms (as indicated by the update date at the top). Your continued use of the Service after such changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the Service, and only purchase a subscription, with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in ways that could disrupt, harm, or negatively impact other users or the Service's functionality
• Collect personal information about other users, or engage in harassment, threats, stalking, or intimidation
• Attempt to bypass security measures, filtering, rate limits, or protective features designed to safeguard the Service and its users
• Engage in any form of abuse or misuse of the platform

Intellectual Property

TrainerBox contains original designs, graphics, text, and content that is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright laws. You are granted a limited right to use the Service as intended. However, you may not publicly perform or display the Service, create derivative works, use data mining or automated tools, download content without permission, reverse engineer the Service, or use it to build competitive products. Violation of these restrictions may result in termination of your access.

Important Notice

TrainerBox is an unofficial, fan-created application and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, or Creatures Inc. in any way. All Pokémon TCG card data, images, and related intellectual property are copyrighted by The Pokémon Company.

Third-Party Links and Content

TrainerBox does not control third-party websites accessible through links or linking to our Service. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or policies. When you leave our Service, these Terms no longer apply. We do not verify, authenticate, or endorse user-generated content, and we make no warranties regarding its accuracy or completeness.

Subscriptions, Billing and Refunds

TrainerBox is free to use with limits on some features. TrainerBox Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription that removes those limits and adds extra features, as listed on our website and in the app. The price and available billing periods are shown in the app store before you buy and may vary by country.

Subscriptions are sold and billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, not by us. Payment is charged to your store account. We never receive your payment card details. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel it at any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Uninstalling the app or deleting your TrainerBox account does not cancel a subscription.

Refunds are handled by the app store you bought from, under its own refund policy. Apple customers can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com and Google Play customers through the Google Play refund process. Because we do not process the payment, we cannot issue refunds directly, but we will help you with the request if you contact us. Where the law where you live gives you additional refund or cancellation rights, nothing in these Terms limits them.

We may change the price of a subscription or the features included in the free tier. Price changes take effect at your next renewal and only after the app store has notified you in accordance with its rules.

Your Content and Shared Deck Links

You keep ownership of the collections, decks, lists and records you create in the app. When you create a share link for a deck, you allow us to store the card list on our server and to show it to anyone who has the link, for as long as the link exists. Do not include personal information in deck or collection names. We may remove shared links that violate these Terms. You can ask us to delete a shared link by email.

Card Data and Prices

Card information, images, rulings and market prices shown in the Service come from third-party sources and may be incomplete, out of date or inaccurate. Prices and collection values are estimates provided for information only. They are not financial advice, an offer to buy or sell, or a guarantee of what any card is worth.

Changes to the Service

We may add, change or remove features of the Service at any time, and we may discontinue the Service altogether. Where possible we will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce what a paid subscription includes.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY GUARANTEES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRAINERBOX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO TRAINERBOX. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold TrainerBox harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate any of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the federal laws of Mexico, without regard to conflict of law rules. If you are a consumer living in another country, you also benefit from any mandatory consumer protection rules of that country, and nothing in these Terms takes those rights away.

Complete Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TrainerBox regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements.

Feedback

We welcome your feedback, comments, and suggestions about the Service and these Terms. By providing feedback, you grant us all rights, title, and interest in and to your suggestions.
